DynaBioS is a system framework for biological multi-domain simulaiton. You can easily build distributed systems for coupling simulation on the DynaBioS platform.

DynaBioS is being developed by Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University cooperating with ASTEM Research Institute of Kyoto, in part of Cell/Biodynamics Simulation Project of Kyoto University.
